Advisory work that leaves something behind.
A consulting engagement usually ends with a document that starts going stale the day it is delivered. Regulations change, partner requirements shift, and the analysis has to be commissioned again. We are building the layer that keeps it current.
What it does
Regulatory monitoring
Tracks changes across the four corridors and filters them to what touches your specific licence, rails, entity structure and customer segment. You see the three items that matter, not the ninety that don't.
Control mapping
Reads your existing policies, controls and audit evidence, then maps them against a target market's requirements. The output is a gap list specific to your organisation rather than a generic checklist.
Entry modelling
Assembles licensing timelines, capital requirements and partnership lead times into a plan with visible assumptions, so a board can interrogate the model instead of trusting the conclusion.
Partner diligence preparation
Assembles and keeps current the documentation set a sponsor bank or partner institution will request, so diligence does not restart from scratch with each new relationship.
Corridor comparison
Puts two or more markets side by side on cost, timeline and dependency, making the sequencing decision explicit rather than instinctive.
Working record
Every engagement decision, assumption and source retained in one place, so the reasoning behind a choice is still available a year later when someone asks why.
How it is built
The platform is model-agnostic by design. Financial institutions have strong and changing views about which models may process their data and where that processing may happen, and a product that hard-codes one provider becomes unusable the moment that view changes.
Underneath, it combines retrieval over primary regulatory sources with agents that carry out multi-step analysis โ reading a control document, comparing it to a requirement, identifying what is missing, and citing what it relied on. Every output traces back to a source, because in this domain an answer without provenance is not usable.
Design commitments
- Provenance on every claim, back to primary regulatory text
- Human review before anything reaches a regulator or a partner bank
- Client data isolated per organisation, with deployment options for regulated environments
- Full audit trail of what the system produced and who approved it
- No model provider lock-in at the architecture level
The platform is in active development
It is being built from real engagements rather than in isolation, which means early clients shape what it becomes. If you are running an expansion now and want to work with it while it takes shape, we would like to hear from you.
