Built by people who have worked inside both sides of the problem.

Cross-border expansion advice is only as good as the access behind it. This practice was started by someone who spent twelve years inside the institutions on both sides of the India–North America corridor.

Founders

One side of this business is access to the institutions. The other is building systems that hold up under regulatory scrutiny. We each came from one of them.

Commercial, partnerships and regulatory strategy

Twelve years across fintech, payments and financial services, spanning enterprise sales, partnerships and transaction banking. Currently enterprise sales and partnerships at VoPay in Vancouver, covering Canada and the US.

Before Canada: transaction banking at YES BANK, partnerships at Paytm, regional enterprise sales at RBL Bank, treasury and trade finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and commercial banking at ICICI. That path covers both sides of the India–North America corridor from inside the institutions rather than as an outside adviser.

A computer science engineering background means the technical conversations with CTOs and product leaders happen directly, without a translation layer.

Engineering and platform architecture

Staff Software Engineer at Twilio in Bengaluru, where he has spent four years building communications infrastructure at scale — the same class of high-volume, high-reliability API systems this platform depends on.

Previously senior software development engineer at Morgan Stanley, working on the firm’s risk analysis tooling, and at Intel, where he architected storage and resource reporting systems and led the decomposition of a monolith into microservices.

His work sits where regulated finance and distributed systems meet, which is precisely where a compliance platform either earns trust or fails to.
