Sankrama

Sequenced, because the dependencies are real.

Each stage produces something you can act on independently. You are not committing to the whole programme to find out whether the first answer is useful.

1

Diagnostic

Two to three weeks. We establish what you are actually trying to enter, what already exists in your compliance and infrastructure posture, and whether the market you have chosen is the right first one. Some diagnostics end with a recommendation not to proceed, or to proceed somewhere else. That is a useful outcome.

2

Entry plan

Four to eight weeks. The full sequence across licensing, banking, infrastructure and commercial launch, with capital and timeline modelled and the assumptions written down where they can be challenged. This is the document that goes to a board.

3

Execution support

Ongoing. Working alongside your team through licensing submissions, partner diligence, infrastructure decisions and the first commercial hires. This is where relationships matter โ€” introductions, sponsorship, and knowing which questions a specific institution will ask.

4

Monitoring

Continuing. Once you are operating, the obligations keep changing. The platform tracks what moves in your corridors and flags what touches you, so the work done in stages one through three does not quietly go out of date.

Who this suits

The work fits companies at a specific moment: established enough in a home market to have something worth exporting, and early enough in the second market that the foundational decisions are still open.

A good fit

  • Payments, lending or financial infrastructure companies entering a second or third market
  • Technology companies whose product touches money movement and who have discovered that changes everything
  • Established institutions building a cross-border corridor rather than a new domestic line
  • Companies that have already tried an entry, stalled, and want to understand why

Probably not a fit

  • Pre-product companies without a validated home market
  • Anyone looking for licensing paperwork processed without strategic involvement
  • Expansion driven by opportunism rather than a commercial thesis

Start with the diagnostic

It is the smallest useful commitment and it answers the question most companies are actually asking: is this the right market, and is now the right time.
